Dear Friends and Heart-centered Family,
There is an increasingly palpable sense of urgency pervading our world right now. Over the past two decades, I have found that most people of all cultures, ethnicities, and backgrounds, want to both talk about and heal around the topic of racism, especially if they are in environments that are devoid of shame, guilt, and judgment. They want to heal through processes designed to support safely moving stuck emotional energy in the body. They want to course correct all of the stories, ancestral, and collective wounds and trauma that are deeply embedded within and that prevent us from authentically connecting with our hearts and our souls. So, I, along with a small but effective band of seasoned transformational facilitators, crafted an amazing life-altering opportunity called the Cross Cultural Healing Wisdom Collective. This online community is designed to specifically address our cultural differences, our individual and collective cellular memories, and to provide tools to help us all gain a foothold in our struggles to deeply and soulfully connect with others regardless of ethnicity or culture. What I know through my own experience is that you can't heal people, nor can you force enlightenment. But what we can do is set up the conditions where people can safely do their inner transformational work - accessing both their human and spiritual consciousness. Healing starts from within and if we can adjust our internal eyesight, what we see, feel, create, and experience will be different. We have more power to shape our experiences than we know. One hundred percent of our work is to enhance our receptivity and raise our internal vibration. It has absolutely nothing to do with our skin color and has everything to do with the energy that we are emitting. Our brains and bodies down to the cellular and epigenetic level, have to be cleared of all programs, thoughts, beliefs, memories, and internal structures that have been created around the concept of race along with all of the damage it has caused.
It is an inside job and we can heal. When we do our own personal healing work, the world around us also heals.
